Fee Schedule

This fee involves a consultation that continues through the home buying process. This does not include escrow or closing fees. This includes representation for the buyer throughout the purchase process. NOTE The brokers and attorneys you normally see only represent the seller! Don't go in without help!

This estimated price includes escrow of funds and a single appearance at closing. It also includes review of residential purchase agreements, and consultation throughout the sale process. Note that new construction may incur higher costs.

This is the one hour consultation (aside from the free initial consult) that prepares a draft Will for an unmarried adult without children.
