Victoria Boyle

Victoria serves as the Office Manager and Paralegal at The Boyle Law Firm and has been instrumental in building the firm from the ground up alongside her husband since the Florida practice opened in 2023. 

In her role, Victoria manages the firm’s calendar and logistics to ensure that all hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions are accurately scheduled and coordinated with the courts and opposing counsel. She is deeply committed to keeping cases organized, the team supported, and matters progressing efficiently, while also bringing a sense of humor and positivity to the fast-paced world of family law.

Before entering the legal field, Victoria spent 13 years in early childhood education as a curriculum developer and trainer. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College. This unique combination of education and experience allows her to connect with clients on a meaningful level and provide steady support during some of the most emotionally challenging periods of their lives.

What Victoria enjoys most about working in family law is being present for clients when they need guidance, compassion, and advocacy the most. She believes strongly that clients should never feel alone in the process and strives to ensure every person who works with the firm feels heard, supported, and backed by a dedicated team.

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughter, attending after-school activities and playdates, and participating in local theater. She also hopes to pursue voice acting in the future
