Richard “Richie” is the Owner and Managing Partner of the firm and has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for his dedication, leadership, and achievements in the legal profession.
Before founding the firm, Mr. Boyle was an equity partner at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. He brings a rare blend of legal expertise and real-world experience shaped by years of public service and leadership.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Boyle served as a School Resource Officer with Gwinnett County Public Schools and held multiple roles with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department, including Senior Police Officer, Plainclothes Detective, and Robbery/Homicide Detective. His service earned him two Officer of the Year awards.
Mr. Boyle earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from St. John’s University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia, as well as before multiple U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Boyle serves as Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Co-Chair of the CLE Committee for the Susan Greenberg Inns of Court.
Born in Colombia, raised in New York City, and now based in Wellington, Florida, Mr. Boyle brings a diverse background and practical problem-solving approach to every case.
Known for having “worn many hats,” he is respected for his ability to fix complex legal problems—especially the ones you can’t see.
Mr. Boyle can fix almost anything, and that includes problems that you can't see.
