Cara Elkin

Cara is a Senior Law Clerk at Boyle Law Firm and has been a valued member of the firm for two years. With nearly a decade of exclusive experience in family law, she plays a critical role in supporting attorneys and clients through complex and emotionally sensitive matters.

Cara began her legal career at the Orange County Legal Aid Society in Orlando, Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in family law advocacy. She later continued her work in the family law field in New York City before returning home to South Florida to further her legal career. 

Mr. Boyle has served as her mentor for more than four years, contributing to her professional growth and depth of experience in family law practice.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York. Her academic background, combined with extensive hands-on experience, allows her to approach each case with both legal insight and practical understanding.

Having grown up in a family impacted by divorce, Cara brings a uniquely empathetic perspective to her work. She approaches each matter with compassion and care, particularly in cases involving children, and strives to be a steady and positive presence for clients during what can be one of the most challenging times in their lives. 

Cara firmly believes that every case, and every family, is unique, and she treats each client accordingly. What Cara enjoys most about working in family law is the opportunity to help people navigate difficult transitions and find hope and clarity at the end of the process.

Outside of the office, Cara enjoys traveling, visiting Disney, and spending quality time with her daughter, husband, and dog.
